Chicken 65

This is for jaya of (Tasty Appetite) “I Love My Dad”.....
Ingredients:
Chicken pieces (I used boned)- ½ kg
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Corn flour - 3 tsp
Egg  - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Yoghurd - 2 tsp
Food colouring (Red)- ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Corindar leaves,curry leaves and oninon for garnishing

Method:
1. Cut chicken into small pieces.
2. Except oil mix all the ingrediants together in a bowel and marinate with chicken.
3. Set aside for 3-4 hour.

4. Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the chicken pieces.
5. Remove from oil.
6. Garnish with Corindar leaves,curry leaves and oninon
