Idily batter - 1 1/1 cup<br />
Onion medium size - 1 chopped<br />
Carrot finally chopped - 2 Tbs<br />

Method :<br />
*Heat a pan or kadai and add oil,now add finally chopped onion and salt to taste.<br />

*Saute for 1 minute and add carrot followed by green chili.Now cook till the carrots are well cooked.when done switch of the flame and remove from fire and let it cool down.<br />
*Mix this with idily batter.Add salt to taste,curry leaves and coriander leaves and combine well.<br />
*Heat a kuzhi paniyaram pan and add 1/2 or 1 tsp of oil in each and wait till it gets heated.<br />
*Now add 1 Tbs of batter in each.Cover and cook in low flame.<br />
*Flip when the other side gets golden brown in colour.<br />
*Cook for other 1 minute in low flame.<br />
*Remove from fire when done.<br />

Method:<br />
*Heat a non stick pan and add oil,when oil gets heated add chopped onion and green chilli.<br />
*Now add dill leaves Saute for 1 minute and add oats.Add salt to taste mix well .<br />
*Switch off the flame and set aside.Let it cool down completely.<br />
*Transfer this mix to a deep bowel and add cooked potato.<br />
*Mix well all together and kneed.Add 1or2 Tbs water if required.<br />
*Now kneed to a soft dough.<br />
*Make small balls and roll it using with a chappathi roller.<br />
*Heat a tawa and cook the paratha on low flame by applying 1 tsp of oil on each side.<br />
*Cook till parathas are well cooked.<br />

Method:<br />
*Pre heat the oven at 180 degree.<br />
*Add wheat flour,backing powder and salt to a sieve.Mix well and sift the flour.Stir to blend for 1 minutes or shift for 2 or 3 times.Keep this aside.<br />
*Crack egg to a deep bowel and beat tiill fluffy.<br />
*Add butter,oil,vanilla essence and sugar.Now beat till fluffy.<br />
*Add the flour by 2 or 3 batches and fold slowly.<br />
*If the mixture is crumbly add milk and combain well.<br />
*Now add choco chops and mix well.<br />
*Grease the backing tin with some oil and drop about 1Tsp about 2 inch apart.<br />
*Press the dough slightly and flatten it.<br />
*Back in 180 degree for 15 minutes.Back till the cookies changes its colour or as per your oven temperature.<br />
*After backing cool them in a wire rack.<br />

*Now add parsley,Coriander leaves,garlic,onion,cumin powder and corn flour.<br />

Mackerel / Ayala : 2 medium size or about 150g (cut it into small size)<br />
Potato :1 medium size (thinly sliced)<br />
Turmeric powder : 1/2 Tsp<br />
Chilli powder : 3/4 Tsp<br />
Water for cooking the fish : 3/4 cup<br />
Salt to taste

Onion : 1 medium size ( finally chopped)<br />
Ginger : 1 Tsp ( finally chopped)<br />
Garlic : 2 Tsp ( finally chopped)<br />

Turmeric powder : 1/4 Tsp<br />
Garam masala : 3/4 Tsp<br />
Coriander leaves : 2Tbs ( finally chopped)<br />

Oil : 2 Tbs<br />

Bread crumbs : 1/2 cup<br />

Method:<br />
*Add the fish pieces, potato,Turmeric powder,Chilli powder and water to a wide bottom pan or a clay pot.<br />
*Mix well and cook in low flame till the fish and potatos are well cooked.<br />
*Water should be fully dried before switching off the flame.<br />
*Remove from the fire and wait till it completely cooled down.<br />
*Now remove the bones of fish and mash the fish.next mash the potato.<br />
*Now combain fish and potato together and set aside.<br />
*Heat a kadai on low flame and add oil .Add chopped onion and salt to taste.saute till colour change.<br />
*Add ginger,green chilli and garlic and saute till row smell goes off.<br />
*Now add masalas like turmeric and garam masala ,also coriander leaves.Now cook for other one minutes.<br />
*Now add fish and potato mix and combain altogether.switch off the flame and set aside.<br />
*Once the mixture has cooled down roll into desired shapes.<br />
* Crack egg and beat well.Now dip the in egg and roll it in bread crumbs.<br />

Rice 1 cup ( jeerakasala / basmati) washed and soaked for 30 minutes.<br />

*Wash andSoak the moong dal for 3-4 hours.<br />
*Heat a cooker and add 2-3 tbs oil and add chopped garlic,saute it till brown colour.<br />
*Add chopped onion and salt to taste,saute till golden brown.<br />
*Add chilli flakes,clove,cinnomon stick,bay leaves,cumin powder and garam masala and saute for 1 minute.<br />
*Add tomato and cook till tomato gets mashed.<br />
*Now add moon dal and one and half cup of hot water mix well and close the lid and cook for one whistle in low flame.<br />
*Wait for ten minutes and open the cooker and check the moong dal is cooked.<br />
*Add half cup of hot water washed and drained rice also 1Tbs ghee.<br />
*Add chopped dil leaves and mix well.<br />
*Close the lid and cook for one whistle in low flame.After one whistle swich of the flame and wait for 15 minutes.<br />
*Open and keep for 10 minutes then mix well.<br />
*Serve with curd.<br />

*Peel and cut plantain into small pieces and keep it aside.<br />
*Heat a non stick pan on low flame and add 1 Tbs coconut oil.<br />

Method:<br />

*Boil water in a deep wok and add oil 1Tsp and salt to taste.when it starts boiling add the noodles.cook for 1 minute.<br />
*Strain the noodles and repeat the same method once more ,like boiling water and cook noodles for other 1 minute and drain.<br />
*Heat a kadhai add 2 Tbs oil ,add the vegetables one by one.<br />
*First onion,when it changes the colour add tomato saute for 1 minute and add chopped cabbage and carrot.<br />
*When the vegetables are half cooked add maggie masala, saute well and add coriander leaves.switch of the flame.<br />
*In a deep bowel crack two eggs,add milk and beat well.<br />
*Now add prepared noddles, pepper powder,salt and mix well<br />
*Heat a non stick flate pan add ghee.<br />
*When it starts to heat add the nooddles mix.cover and cook for 10 minutes on very low flame.<br />
*After 10 minutes using a plate flip the noodles cake to the other side and cook for other 10 minuts.<br />

You can add 1 or 2 chopped chilli as per your choice.<br />
This should be cooked in very low flame.<br />

Method:<br />
*Dry roast sesame seeds and set aside.<br />
*Add nuts to blender and pulse them coarsely or chop.<br />
*Remove the seeds of the dates and pulse them in a blender.<br />
*Now in a bowel add dates ,nuts and ghee and mix well.<br />
*Take small portion and shape them to small balls.<br />
*Now roll them in sesame seeds.

*Now add all the masalas,but add 1/2 tsp garam masala only.</div>

*Saute well and add tomato pure.Now let the tomato pure cook well.</div>

*Now add the chicken pieces,1 glass of water and salt to taste.cover and cook in very low flame.</div>

*Stirring the chicken occasionally and add water if needed.<br />
*When chicken gets tender and cooked add the onion pieces and rest of the garam masala.<br />
*Now remove the lid and cook in high flame for 5 minutes or till the gravy gets thicker.<br />
*Remove from fire and garlish with coriander leaves.</div>
