ReplyDeleteanswer to ur question-creativity/food presentation is nt time taking...its an art...while cooking food i hv the idea how will i plate it...so whts in my mind is on my plate..quick quick...i just give my 50% in cooking and 50% time in platingand the whole process takes the similar time one does in cooking good food slowly and steadily....the journey is just nt from stove to belly but from stove to plating and then it catches ones eye and then finally to belly with a happy burp...thts satisfying for me...
